Elyce Jacobson received a formal, French culinary education at the Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School. From there she went on to launch a catering business for The City Bakery in Manhattan and was a personal chef for several families in the New York area.
During the time that she took off to have her three children, her passion for food & cooking took an unexpected turn. As she struggled to lose the post-baby pounds, she became consumed with learning about healthy and nourishing food options for both herself and her family. She supplemented her formal education with classes at the Natural Gourmet Cooking School and has read countless books on how natural and whole foods can heal our bodies.
Elyce truly believes that the food we eat fuels our mental, emotional and physical well being. She is determined to “spread the health” by encouraging people to eat delicious foods that nourish them and optimize their health.
